Scout Sunday - February 6, 2011
Mass with Bishop Matano at Christ the King Church in Rutland. Bishop Matano was a scout and rattled off the scout law like he was a scout yesterday. Scout Sunday was held locally at SHSF church.
Annual Summer Picnic - August  7th
The picnic was well attended, approximately 60-65 members family & guests were in attendance. Hamburgers, sausage, hot dogs, sweet corn, baked beans, chips, liquid refreshments and deserts were prepared & served. All went home full and satisfied. A water slide was provided by Justine & Denise Kobelia and the young ones had a great time using it. Music was provided Moe Harrington and the White Chapel Band for every ones enjoyment.

Historical Signs - November 2011
    The Council Signs that were mounted on our previous hall in downtown Bennington have been refurbished and placed on our new hall on West Road. Brother Gary Harbour did the restoration work and Brother Bob Kobelia mounted the signs. Next time you seem them, give them a “Thank You” for a preserving some of the Council’s  history
Annual Children’s Christmas Party - December 10, 2011
       The Annual Children's Christmas Party was a success. Santa, aka Gene Rowley, flew in and with the help of Santa’s helper, aka Bob Kobelia, passed out  presents to all children. Pizza, Chips, Soft Drinks, Coffee and Ice Cream Sandwiches were served to all present. Brother Fr. Jonn Britto Antony gave a closing blessing  We tested out our new WiFi Video Projector and all went well. The projection on the wall was exceptionably sharp and bright. The young ones enjoyed the Christmas cartoons.

Marrian Prayer Hour - Our Lady of Guadaloupe - December 30, 2011

Prayer Service with Holy Hour was held at Sacred Heart St. Francis de Sales church with the portrait and Icon of Our Lady of Guadalupe.  Fr. Brtto led us in benediction and prayer service while brother knights Jeff Fortier, Rene Cassano, Dan Lucy, David Clark and GK Mike Daly led the group in decates of the rosary.  Joe Anton and Tony Tomasi did the readings with singing of the song "Our Lady of Guadalupe" at the end of the service. Other KC members participating were:Henry Simpatico, Bill Center, Dale Palmer, DD Peter Cheney, Tom Depollo and Francis Lajeunesse.  Thanks to all of the Knights that participated in this holy hour - GK Mike Daly
Big Brothers Big Sister Bowling Fund Raiser - April 7, 2011
  Bennington Council 307 participated in the 25th annual Bowl for Kids Sake to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bennington County at Bennington Lanes on March 31st. Bowlers on the team were Brothers Lee Amadon, Rene Cassano, Pete Cheney, Jeff Fortier and Scott Malinowski. We raised over $700 as a team and Brother Scott raised $505 alone and was recognized as the top fund raiser in our time slot and received a beautifully decorated bowling pin! We also won the Team Spirit award for enthusiasm and vocal support and for that we received a decorated bowling pin. Members of Boy Scout Troop 353 bowled with us and raised $143. Bowling for the scouts were Liam Center and Robbie Ritchie.          Team Captain Jeff Fortier
